Deputy Director-Technical (PPS-08)

Review Project design and its components to develop monitoring and supervision protocols, data collection, management, analysis, feedback and use and identify feasible improvement strategies in relation to national, state or provincial initiatives.
Facilitate the use of information in development of action plans in collaboration with provincial and district teams and implementing agencies.
Work with the team to improve the quality of data.
Enhance the efficiency and user-friendliness of HMIS data recording, entry, management, analysis and reporting processes and tools to improve at use for informed decision making. Strengthen coordination between Project, DoH,
District Health Managers, Implementing Agencies and Government Departments involved in Social Protection.
Generate and disseminate quarterly reports and any other project reports. Any other M&E related tasks assigned by Project Director or Manager Operations.
Any other tasks assigned by CEO or Director – Technical. Report to Director Technical of PMNHP.
