Deputy Director (Research) (PPS-08)

Leading strategic planning for the research Centre to ensure that the Centre’s objectives are aligned with the objectives of the project;
Overseeing the proper discharge of administrative duties of the research Centre including supervising personnel, financial management, and operations;
Managing the research plan effectively and efficiently, ensuring that accepted standards of research and ethical behavior are met;
Representing the interests of the research Centre internally with senior project administration
Enhancing the reputation of the research Centre and the program by undertaking quality research, development and communicating that research to the program management.
Guides the implementation of high quality, responsive, and timely activities.
Any other tasks assigned by CEO or Director – M&E / Research.
Report to Director M&E and Research.
