Application form instructions

By Hand submission of Application Form is not allowed.
Without Original Bank deposit Slip your application form will not be entertained.
Without Applicant Signature & Thumb Impression Application Form will not be entertained.
Test fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
Mobile Phones are not allowed in Test Center premises.
Use separate envelop and separate application form for each post you apply.
Application should reach OTS office latest by last date of submission of Application Form.
Along with the application form, it is mandatory to submit the following documents: a copy of CNIC, all educational documents, all experience certificates, a copy of domicile, and a copy of the PEC / CA / CMA membership card (only for the posts where it is required).
You can deposit your fee through your mobile banking app, Easypaisa, or JazzCash into the designated bank. After submitting the fee, make sure to take a screenshot of the transaction and attach it with your application form before sending.
OTS will not be responsible for late receiving of application through courier / Pakistan Post etc.
After applying, make sure to regularly check the OTS website (https://ots.org.pk/) on a daily basis for updates regarding your eligibility status, test date, roll number slip, and result..
