  • By Hand submission of Application Form is not allowed.
  • How to Pay: Log in to your mobile banking app, select 1-Bill Payment, enter your PSID, verify the details, and complete the payment.
  • Test fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • Mobile Phones are not allowed in Test Center premises.
  • You can also download your Roll number slip online from www.ots.org.pk, in case of non-delivery via courier.
  • Applicants are required to upload the scanned copies of all educational documents, domicile certificate, PRC Form-D or Form-C, CNIC, relevant documents/experience certificates, and the paid challan fee through the paperless online application portal. Submission of hard copies is not required.
