Application form instructions

By Hand submission of Application Form is not allowed.
How to Pay: Log in to your mobile banking app, select 1-Bill Payment, enter your PSID, verify the details, and complete the payment.
Test fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
Mobile Phones are not allowed in Test Center premises.
You can also download your Roll number slip online from www.ots.org.pk, in case of non-delivery via courier.
Applicants are required to upload the scanned copies of all educational documents, domicile certificate, , CNIC front and back, relevant documents/experience certificates and Detailed CV, and the paid challan fee through the paperless online application portal, or send hard copies of the complete application along with all required documents to the OTS address through a courier service.
