Director - Training (PPG-3/BS-19)

i) MA/MSc Degree (16 years education) at least 45% marks in HRM, Psychology or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
ii) Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in BS-18/equivalent or above in Government / Autonomous Body, or minimum 12 years recognized and verifiable post qualification experience of similar post in the private/non-government sector or international organizations in the relevant field.
