OPEN TESTING SERVICE is a fast growing staffing and recruiting service industry established in 2012 and have conducted numerous successful Projects & tests with reputed Government Departments which includes High Court of Pakistan, Federal Government Agency and other as listed on our website www.ots.org.pk. Hence requires experienced and intellectual candidates for a better and more reliable services to the Public & Private sector which benefits the public interest as a whole.

MY CHALLENGES??
As an HR Manager in Open Testing Service, it has been very challenging to hunt real talent from the market and to place them in the right position. I have been into several practices and techniques of Hiring the right candidate for the right position from posting a job advertise on website to LinkedIn and other social media sources, even after going through several hundred resume and scrutinize in the best possible way after numerous filtering process I could select only 10-12 resume suitable for the desired post, shortlisted for the interview.

INTERVIEW UPDATE
You will have an interview with the HR Manager & Others. The interview will last about 30 minutes. Please bring your resume and other necessary documents for reference.

Open Testing Service is looking for:

  1. Market specialist: who is well versed in bringing business and new ideas for implementation with years of experience in the required field.
  2. Legal Associate: with a law degree and know how about the legal responsibilities a firm may require for implementation and to run day to day legal matters positively.
  3. Web Developer & Team Leader: who is desirous and competent as a software engineer with hand on experience and positive approach to add value to the existing system.
  4. Human Resource: experts who are well versed in managing the administrative and HR related processes with relevant experience and know how regarding the policies that are needed to be implemented from time to time.
  5. Assistant Operations: with experience in running the operational activities from pre to post processing with ample knowledge of computer and skillful to work as a team leader to achieve desired goal in time.
  6. Assistant Projects: who will be responsible for carrying out the administrative tasks regarding the projects and managing the overall project process along with the Manager.
  7. Manager Finance /Accounts: expert in the relevant field with years of experience.
